Participants create 5 recipes, taught in a simple structured way to enable you to perform these at home for friends and family immediately. You receives a folder containing recipes, pantry list,  notes, and a signature Tamarind Apron.

Spicers Clovelly Estate  The Long Apron’s renowned chef, Cameron Matthews, holds cooking classes in Montville two Saturdays a month where you can cook, laugh and eat.  Learn how to make ‘French Slow foods’ welcomes winter with some cold weather favourites such as daube of beef, confit duck, braises and wet roast lamb or  ‘Little Italy’ showcasing handmade pasta and sauces; gnocchi, authentic pizza and Italian salads.
